Hourly transportation
For a trip with several stops or a vehicle needed over a planned period, send the pickup and finish times, stops, passenger count and luggage. We will review the itinerary and quote the appropriate arrangement.
Group transportation
Send the number of passengers, luggage and pickup locations, together with the required arrival time and return plan. Vehicle suitability and availability are reviewed before confirmation; every occupied seat does not necessarily leave space for luggage.
Long-distance transportation
For travel beyond the Chicago metropolitan area, send the origin, destination, date and complete itinerary. Longer journeys are reviewed and quoted individually.

Step 1
Get Driver Info
Upon landing you will receive a text message (SMS) with driver and car’s info
Step 2
Go to Baggage Claim
Follow the signs to the baggage claim area (LL) even if you have not checked in any luggage
Step 3
Contact Your Driver
Locate the exit door number (e.g. Vestibule 3D LL) and text or call dispatch (815) 997-0540

Wait on Middle Island

Notes:
Typically it takes between 5 and 10 minutes for the driver to reach the terminal.
At International Terminal 5, the pick-up will take place at the second (outside) line, at door 5D.
