Cancellation & Waiting Time Policies

Cancellation Policies:

Any cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled ride time will not be charged.

Any cancellations made 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled ride time will be charged 50% of the ride cost.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride time will be charged 100% of the ride cost.

All pick-up time changes have to be made at least 12 hours in advance and are a matter of availability.

Failure to make reservation changes in a timely manner will result in full charge and no guarantee of service.

All changes and cancellations must be made by calling the Dispatch phone line (815) 997-0540.

 

Waiting Time Policies:

The waiting time charge for all rides, other than pick-ups at the airport, starts after 15 minutes of scheduled pick-up time.

The waiting time charge for arrivals at the airport starts after 1 hour after landing for all Domestic flights, and 1.5 hours after landing for all International flights.

The waiting time charges rate is $1.00 per minute.

If your flight is delayed, there will not be any waiting time charges due to the delay, and your reservation will stay valid. In case of early arrival, we will also be ready to service you with possible wait time. It is, however, the customer's responsibility to inform us of any flight changes or cancellations not made by the airlines.

Any additional stop is $15.00.

Any late-night pickup, made from 12 am to 5 am, is an additional $15.
