O’Hare Airport pick-up procedures – Curbside pick-up
- STEP 1
- GET DRIVER INFO
- Upon landing you will receive a text message (SMS) with driver and car’s info
- STEP 2
- GO TO BAGGAGE CLAIM
- Follow the signs to the baggage claim area (LL) even if you have not checked in any luggage
- STEP 3
- CONTACT YOUR DRIVER
- Locate the exit door number (e.g. Vestibule 3D LL) and text or call dispatch (773) 556-1813
- STEP 4
- WAIT ON MIDDLE ISLAND
- Walk outside and wait on the middle island

Notes:
Typically it takes between 5 and 10 minutes for the driver to reach the terminal.
At International Terminal 5, the pick-up will take place at the second (outside) line, at door 5D.
